The staffs are very accomodating, helpful and professional. The hotel is ccessible to nearby facilites and even malls. Airport is just 20mins away. They have accessible transportation for airport and day use. Good thing is that they will handle all the transaction for the transportation and you will just need to pay at the hotel. So you dont even need to use or exchange cash for transpo. Facilities is a little old but you can see that it was clean and properly maintained. The staff from entrance are very professional and they make sure that security checks are done which makes me feel safe. Ms.Shivani from the reception (day duty) was very professional and helpful and make sure to attend my needs from arrival to departure. Even if I didnt ask she makes extra mile to make sure i was taken care of especially on breakfast and travels and also make sure that I even arrived home safely👍👍 Mr.Anand (night duty) was very helpful and professional also making sure that I will have a smooth departure. He even provided some muchies prior to my departure🍫🧃. Highly appreciated it. Thank you also Mr.carl watchmaker for active responses and assistance during my bookings and itineraries prior to my stay. For my very short stay it was amazing. Everyone was helpful with smile on their face. Keep it up. Highly receommended place to stay

The staff right from the porch is so caring and makes you feel at home. Akash at the porch, the front desk team right from Amit (AFOM), Shrushti at check in and Shankar both were friendly and accommodating. Including the breakfast venue Kava was great with Ashish , Pratik and overall staff so prompt and remembered my preference the next day also at checkout all came to bid farewell with all of them and Yogesh. With just 2 days of stay we didn't feel like leaving and extending.. the entire team here is like a family now and kudos... Will be back soon

I recently stayed here for work for 5 days. My experience was wonderful! The hotel was exceptionally clean, food was delicious and location was perfect for my purpose. Being a solo female traveler, this turned out a perfect choice as it was very very safe with courteous staff. More than all other good things, I absolutely loved the service. The entire staff was extremely courteous and prompt! Will definitely stay again!

But they helped us to retrieve back as soon as possible. Also made sure we reached the airport in time by arranging a cab in the middle of the night. Huge thanks to all the staffs for their help and support. Would love to visit again.

Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was great! Nitesh and the guy who makes omelette for the morning breakfast were prompt and provided excellent service. I can without a doubt say that every person of the staff provided EXCELLENT customer service!
